At the moment the masonry layout works only on separate pages, and is not available as part of the Content Builder’s “Post Loop” element; we’re working to make it happen in the future versions of the theme, meanwhile you can use third-party plugins like Cactus Masonry Classic, Masonry Layout or Simple Masonry to generate shortcodes that enable placing a highly customizable masonry layout into any part of a page (you can place the shortcode e.g. into the “SiteOrigin Editor” widget within the Content Builder).
